San Antonio

Not your job. Theirs.

Plan your week with public re-roof permits — for your crew.

We look up permits other companies pull. That street is about to watch a roof come off. The house on the permit is not yours. The neighbors are still open. You get there to talk about doing their roof — for your own crew.

Their job site

Someone else pulled the permit. That is the street we send you.

You go first

Talk to the neighbors about their roof before the crew on that job does.

$100 a month

One area. Competitor permits, not your own.

Work in your language.

Spanish, Chinese, Tagalog, and more. The Monday Streets CRM works in the language you and your crew prefer.

You are not looking for your own job.

You already know where your crew is. You are looking for the other guy's tear-off, so you can be first to the houses watching it.

  1. 01
We find the other company's permit.

A tear-off someone else is already doing, on a street you work.

  2. 02
    Skip their customer.

That house is sold. Do not call it.

  3. 03
    Get to the neighbors first.

Next door and across. Talk to them about doing their roof before the company on the permit does.

Why next door?

Those houses went up around the same time. Same era means similar roofs, similar HVAC, same weather. They're aging together. When a tear-off starts on the street, neighbors often need a roof soon too — that's why you talk to them first.

Monday list Sample · not a real filing
1

1402 Oak Creek Dr

Skip 1402. Tear-off, comp shingle. Walk 1400, 1404, 1406, and the house directly across if the roof still looks old.

2

918 W Mary St

Skip 918. Walk 916, 920, and the two houses across. 916 looks older than the roof being replaced.

3

2211 South 5th

Skip 2211. Walk 2209, 2213, and across. Corner lot, so the house behind is looking at the job too.

Get there before they do.

The company on the permit will talk to those neighbors if you do not. The list is so you show up first and talk about their roof. Not an apology for a job that is not yours.

  1. 01
Go while their trucks are there.

That is when the neighbors are looking. After the other crew leaves, you are late.

  2. 02
    Talk about their roof.

You are not the company making the noise. You are there to ask about doing theirs — for your own crew.

  3. 03
Say why you came. Leave a flier.

Someone else is working the street. Say that. If they do not answer, hang your flier and go. Do not say you just did the neighbor, and do not say you were just driving by. Do not mention insurance.

What this is not

The list is a competitor's tear-off. That is the whole product.

Not the permitted house

We will not send you to a door that already hired someone.

Not your own job

You already know where your crew is. The street we send is the other company's tear-off.

Not a cover story

Say you are not that crew. Do not apologize for their trucks. Do not say you were just driving by.
