Monday Streets provides competitor re-roof permit information and related tools for San Antonio roofers. Lists and data are informational. You are responsible for how you use them, including compliance with local solicitation and consumer laws.
Paid plans are billed monthly (currently $100/mo unless otherwise stated). You must provide accurate company, email, and phone information. You are not a paid customer until Stripe Checkout completes. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Monday Streets. By using the service you represent that you are 18 or older and that you have authority to act for the company named on the account.

Do not misuse the service, scrape or resell data in violation of law, harass residents, or attempt to break into accounts or systems. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
The service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that every permit is complete, timely, or error-free. To the fullest extent allowed by law, WOODWARDCO LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the lists or site.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
