We may collect company name, work email, phone number, account and billing details, permit-related work preferences, and messages you send us. We collect this when you create an account, request a signup link by email, use the CRM, or contact us. A signup-link request needs only your company name and email.
We use your information to provide Monday Streets (account setup, billing, competitor-permit lists, reminders, and customer-care messages), to respond to you, and to operate and secure the service.
We use Google Analytics to measure site traffic and how visitors use public pages (for example page views and button clicks). Google may receive technical data such as IP address and browser type under its terms.
We share data with service providers who process it for us (hosting, email, and payments such as Stripe). We may disclose information if required by law. We do not sell personal information.
We keep information as long as needed for the account, legal, and operational purposes. We use reasonable safeguards; no method of transmission is 100% secure.
You may update account details in the app or email hello@mondaystreets.com. Signup-link requests on our contact form are answered by email only.
We may update this policy. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use of the site or service after updates means you accept the revised policy.
